Aderonke is a lawyer, equity advocate and Peace & conflict mediator.

For over a decade, she has been actively involved in the promotion of a humane and efficient society that enhances holistic human development and inclusive governance through legislative advocacy, Development knowledge facilitation, training, community organizing, youth engagements and child’s rights advocacy.

As a Justice System reform advocate, she has undertaken several successful legislative & judicial reforms, such as the “Non-custodial Community Service punishment as an alternative to imprisonment for minor offences”: an initiative targeted at prison decongestion, as well as the “Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Oyo State”. She was also instrumental to the Violence against Women Prohibition Law and the law prohibiting kidnapping in Oyo state, Nigeria.

She founded Help Initiative in 2019 and leads the brilliant youth-based team in design thinking and process engagement to deliver on the Organization’s vision.
